Responsibilities
Own client product vision, manage product backlog & create product roadmaps for client engagements
Gather requirements from stakeholders and create required documents such as Product or Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Ensure that requirements are translated into user stories and tasks that engineering teams can use to develop the product
Act as is a bridge between the business, design and engineering teams
Drive meetings with Client and Incedo stakeholders on requirements gathering and key decisions like feature prioritization, conflict resolution, design choices and trade-offs, etc
Manage client and Incedo leadership expectations and communicate project progress or impediments effectively
Represent the team in PI planning sessions and present roadmap for the next quarter
Create management reports on progress and achievement of the team
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in Product Management in technology
Experience in the wealth management, Asset Management space will be a strong plus
Good understanding of software development and product development
Good understanding of Enterprise data systems, Cloud-based database architecture
Experience with Dimensional modelling will be a plus
Experience using product management software such as JIRA, Confluence, etc
Experienced in creating rough mockups of ideas (wireframes, Balsamiq, etc.)
Technical depth to understand technical systems and requirements
Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with developers as well as executive management
Strong conflict management skills such as formalizing agreements, active listening and mediating, especially in uncertain and ambiguous situations
