Responsibilities
Responsible for commercial loan data gathering and commercial loan client service from pre-approval to closing and everywhere in-between
Responsible for reviewing and verifying loan documentation, entity documents, and all associated collateral instruments
Establish and maintain effective business relationships with our clients, outside vendors and other team members
Provide exceptional support to our Commercial Lenders
Qualification
Required
Ability to gather commercial loan data
Experience in commercial loan client service from pre-approval to closing
Ability to review and verify loan documentation
Ability to review entity documents and associated collateral instruments
Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients and vendors
Ability to provide exceptional support to Commercial Lenders
Ability to research information to find answers
Ability to maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of work
