Responsibilities

Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive company-wide sales strategy aligned to revenue targets and growth objectives
Lead, motivate, and mentor a multi-layered sales organization, including Directors, Managers, and inside sales teams
Establish a culture of accountability, performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Develop sales leaders and ensure succession planning is in place across the organization
Own account growth and retention strategy in partnership with leadership, ensuring long-term client value and incremental revenue expansion
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and manage the full sales lifecycle from top to bottom
Drive consistent results by achieving revenue targets, conversion metrics, and monthly/annual sales goals
Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning sales execution with client deliverables and expectations
Provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs to executive leadership

Required

8 - 12+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably within fast-growing SaaS and/or outsourced sales-based models
5+ years of experience leading inside SDR and AE teams, partnering closely with Marketing on lead generation and GTM strategy
3+ years of experience leading leaders (Managers and Directors with direct reports)
Proven experience owning revenue targets and forecasting at scale
Strong experience using CRM systems for prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational execution
Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and retain strong client relationships
