Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and progress a Key Account Plan for each customer

Pro-actively identify and develop new and different business opportunities to increase sales at existing accounts

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Drive a strong technical solution sales approach to solve customer needs and pains

Negotiate contracts with clients and establish timelines for performance

Consult, train, and implement concepts and products at End User facilities

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
