Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end pharmaceutical capital projects involving installation, qualification, and validation of large equipment (dryers, centrifuges, and similar systems)
Develop and manage project plans , including scope, timelines, resources, risk management, and budgets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams , vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Ensure full compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and industry standards throughout all project phases
Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validation activities
Drive issue resolution, troubleshooting, and deviation management during installation and commissioning
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in project engineering or project management within the pharmaceutical industry
Proven experience with large-scale pharmaceutical equipment installations, including dryers and centrifuges
Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and ISO standards
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Hands-on experience with equipment installation and qualification/validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel as required

Preferred

Direct hire experience within pharmaceutical companies, supporting projects from initiation through completion
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
