Responsibilities
Act as the primary financial advisor to US Sales Leadership, supporting market share growth, revenue targets, expense management, and KPI performance
Develop deep business mastery to support operational and strategic decisions through scenario modeling and industry insights
Partner with Sales Operations and US Marketing to analyze region and district pipelines, implant forecasts, and execution strategies
Lead the regional Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including rosters, alignments, quotas, and expense budgeting
Partner with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and HR on sales force alignment, performance management, and compensation strategies
Liaise with Rebates, Contracting, Pricing, Sales Operations, and Total Rewards teams to ensure financial alignment and governance
Lead monthly business reviews, including P&L performance, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts with risks and opportunities
Provide clear, actionable guidance to sales leadership to ensure alignment with near-term financial goals and long-term strategy
Continuously improve revenue forecasting accuracy, identifying the metrics that best predict performance
Prepare financial analyses to support critical investment initiatives and other ad-hoc strategic projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting or
Advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
MBA
Prior experience supporting Medical Device or Medical Sales organizations
Advanced proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, CMR, SPEND, BOXI, and Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
High level of initiative, accountability, and ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
