Responsibilities

Own the Look and Feel : Collaborate closely with customers and our leadership team to define and implement the visual identity and user experience of our web client. Your input will directly impact the product's aesthetic and usability

Build Engaging User Interfaces for AI platforms : Develop, prototype, and deploy high-quality React applications with a focus on mobile-first design and captivating animations. Leverage your expertise in CSS-in-JS, Framer Motion, Lottie (or similar) to create a "wow" experience for our users

Rapid Prototyping & Iteration : Quickly translate design ideas into functional prototypes, embracing an iterative approach to development. Be comfortable with constant change and adapt to evolving product requirements

Champion Best Practices : Apply your design and development skills to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey. Contribute to user research, wireframing, and usability testing to optimize the user experience. Create designs and prototypes

Leverage Cutting-Edge Technologies : Utilize modern libraries, frameworks, and tools like React, Next.js/Vite, and AI-powered development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Dev) to enhance productivity and code quality

Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional and visually impactful components. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a positive team environment

Stay Ahead of the Curve : Continuously learn and explore emerging technologies and trends in front-end development and UX design to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation

Required

3+ years of experience as a React Developer with a demonstrable portfolio showcasing your skills in building visually appealing and interactive web applications

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js/Vite

Proven experience creating high-quality animations using CSS-in-JS, Framer Motion, Lottie, or similar technologies

Strong UX/UI design skills and experience using tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs

Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows

A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
