Process accounts payable adhering to payment schedules
Collect and post payments to customer accounts
Follow up calls/emails on accounts with vendors and customers
Discrepancy research and resolution
Reconcile statements and bank accounts
Prepare accounting reports for month end close
Audit support
Manage fixed assets
Monthly sales and use tax filings

Qualification

Required

2 years + of experience in a similar accounting role
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
Must be very detailed and accurate
Excellent communication and time management
