Responsibilities

Prepare federal and state individual, trust and entity income tax returns, including related schedules
Organize and reconcile tax data from financial reports, brokerage statements, schedule K-1s and custodial tax packages
Assist with quarterly estimated tax calculations and safe harbor projections for individuals, trusts and entities
Maintain tax calendars and filing deadlines to track deliverables
Work with the firm’s tax preparation software and internal portfolio accounting systems
Additional duties and planning projects as required to support clients and the team

Qualification

ExcelAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Directly out of school or with up to two years of experience
Proficiency with Excel

Preferred

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong communications and organizational skills
