Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components
Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
Manage project budgets and timelines
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
6 years of experience in electrical engineering
Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards
Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as Mathcad, Mentor Graphics and LTSpice
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with electrical system testing and validation methodologies
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
Preferred
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in leading complex electrical engineering projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering
