Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of a Part 145 Repair Station in compliance with 14 CFR / FARs

Serve as primary point of contact for FAA and regulatory audits

Own and maintain Repair Station manuals, QMS, training, and roster documentation

Manage and develop a team of 5 direct reports (scheduler + technicians)

Drive Lean / continuous improvement initiatives across production, supply chain, and workflow

Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving
