Responsibilities
Support the Strategic Customer Support team in servicing national and strategic customer accounts
Learn and apply foundational knowledge of Power & HVAC equipment to assist with customer solutions and project support
Assist with account management, contract processing, and basic invoicing or order support
Help coordinate project logistics, including equipment availability and internal branch communication
Provide professional, in‑office customer service support while upholding company service standards
Qualification
Required
Rising senior currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher required
Ability to work in‑office during standard business hours
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
