Responsibilities
Leading and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy across major gifts, individual giving, corporate and foundation support, and government funding
Serving as the organization’s primary ambassador and lead fundraiser, cultivating and securing high-level philanthropic partnerships
Partnering closely with the CEO and Board to strengthen fundraising engagement, governance, and long-term board development
Driving data-informed decision-making, donor strategy, and the use of technology to enhance development performance
Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing development team while strengthening systems, processes, and infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of senior-level nonprofit fundraising leadership experience
Proven success securing six- and seven-figure gifts from individual and institutional donors
Strong knowledge of the New York City philanthropic, corporate, and government funding landscape
