Support and process candidates through the hiring process
Serve as the primary contact, communicate policies, and send welcome materials
Arrange office tours/introductions as needed
Introduce new hires to company systems, culture, and team members
Collect new hire paperwork and update/maintain accurate personnel files
Ensure compliance with legal requirements
Communicate onboarding processes with applicable parties
Participate in various projects within the Human Resources Department
Provide ongoing support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or 3 years of human resources experience preferred
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to diverse needs and changing requirements
Proficient working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to travel as needed
