Junior Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones
Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling logistics for a team of bankers and leaders
Arrange travel, accommodations, and process expense reports accurately and efficiently
Handle a high volume of professional communication — including phone calls, emails, and internal correspondence
Collaborate with other administrative professionals and provide coverage as needed
Support daily operational needs and ad hoc administrative projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
1–2 years of administrative or client-facing experience in a professional office setting
You've successfully managed calendars, coordinated meetings, or supported a team in a corporate environment
Comfortable handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling for multiple people
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
