Responsibilities
Innovate using generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent insights to solve marketers’ real-world problems
Make an impact on day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of growth marketers using Iterable
Work cross-functionally with customer success, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and other PMs to develop and ship new data products
Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
Generate and prioritize the product backlog for AI teams
Create customer adoption plans and measure ongoing engagement with the features you ship
Engage with customers regularly (e.g. user testing, discovery, research, roadmap sharing, etc.)
Partner closely with your engineering team to launch impactful projects
Qualification
Required
Experience working on a SaaS product (B2B, B2B2C)
Deep customer empathy
Experience with data science and machine learning, and hands-on experience building AI products, especially for enterprise customers
Technical understanding of complex AI functionality and ability to partner with data science and machine learning engineering teams
Thrive on solving complex technical problems and partnering cross-functionally to translate stakeholder needs into product architecture
Strong analytical skills, and ability to leverage data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions and strategy
Experience working with agile engineering teams and tools like Jira
Collaborative team player
Preferred
Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies
A passion for MarTech and helping marketers succeed
