Responsibilities

Lead the vision and roadmap for Pax8’s communication platform services, ensuring clarity and alignment across Product, Design, and Engineering

Create intuitive experiences by applying design and product thinking to multi-channel communication journeys

Collaborate cross-functionally with business, engineering, and data leaders to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize investments

Translate strategy into action by building roadmaps tied to company OKRs, with measurable outcomes and success metrics

Drive execution through backlog prioritization, story refinement, user acceptance testing, and Agile ceremonies

Leverage data and experimentation—including A/B testing and funnel analytics—to guide decisions and iterate quickly

Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities for improved speed, reliability, scalability, and engagement

Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering growth and collaboration
