Own the development of highly interactive, performant, and elegant frontend experiences from concept to production
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate ambiguous ideas into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Make smart trade-offs between functionality, polish, and delivery speed, shipping quickly to validate user value
Define and maintain clean, scalable frontend architecture and best practices
Integrate AI capabilities into seamless, human-centered user interactions
Implement analytics and feedback loops to measure impact and guide iteration
Optimize performance and reliability through strong CI/CD practices and frontend testing
Evolve and maintain the design system and component library to support consistency and rapid development

Required

Excited by AI-native interfaces, real-time interactions, and LLM- or agent-driven workflows
Proven ability to ship meaningful features quickly and iterate using product analytics
Strong collaboration with design partners, with attention to interaction, motion, and polish
