Strategic Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives. Forecast future demand to ensure supply availability

Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure suppliers meet quality standards

Inventory Management and Control: Determine optimal inventory levels, monitor stock, and track inventory in real-time

Logistics and Transportation: Manage the transport of goods, select transport options, negotiate contracts with carriers, and manage shipping schedules

Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable, timely, and quality supplies

Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify potential supply chain risks, implementing measures to mitigate them

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor performance across the supply chain and report on key metrics
