Responsibilities
Support the design and production of on-brand creative assets across packaging, digital marketing, social media, trade shows, in-store materials, and presentations
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to execute concepts from brief through final delivery
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines across all design materials to ensure brand consistency and coherence in visual messaging
Adapt existing designs for multiple formats, channels, and specs while maintaining brand consistency
Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently and thoughtfully
Be available to assist and work during Wow Bao offsite events as needed (such as Lollapalooza)
Other tasks and projects may be required as needed
Perform calmly and effectively in a busy and fast-paced work environment
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of professional graphic design experience working with a brand or at an agency
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to take directions, apply feedback, and continuously improve craft
Highly organized with strong time-management skills and a sense of urgency
A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design, versatility, and attention to detail
