Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of diverse projects, from interior renovations and adaptive reuse of existing buildings to complex, multi-building campus renovations. This includes innovative sustainability upgrades, as well as residential and institutional projects, from feasibility studies through construction administration

Serve as the primary point of contact and interface with the client and consulting team

Lead the design process, ensuring that the integrity of the concept is maintained throughout all project phases, including documentation and construction

Coordinate design efforts and manage production for all project phases, such as existing building evaluations, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Supervise the project team throughout

Manage the bid process and oversee construction administration services, including site visits and coordination with private and public agency owners
