Responsibilities

Handle daily purchasing operations including issuing purchase orders and confirming product availability and lead times

Serve as the main contact for domestic and international vendors

Track and coordinate imports with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate cost, lead time, and vendor information within company systems

Partner with the warehouse team to receive inventory and conduct monthly counts

Reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices and process payments

Prepare reports on payables, expenses, and inventory status

Follow up on backorders, returns, and damaged goods

Maintain organized records for vendors, purchase orders, and delivery histories
