Responsibilities

Support seamless and efficient team operations through planning, scheduling, and logistics
Manage operating rhythm including meeting coordination, agendas, action items, and minutes
Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain performance, budget, workforce, and facilities data
Track execution of plans and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate Business Plan Reviews (BPRs), Special Attention Meetings (SAMs), and cross-functional meetings
Develop executive-level presentations and leadership briefings
Provide logistics, facilitation, and content architecture for large meetings and events

Qualification

Staff Analyst experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteSharePoint experienceData analysisFacilitation skills

Required

3+ years of experience in a Staff Analyst or similar operational role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred

SharePoint or website experience preferred (not required)
