Responsibilities

Mentor and grow a diverse team across maintenance, ranch operations, I.T., and engineering project management
Oversee all preventive and emergency maintenance for production sites, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and strict food safety compliance
Lead the long-term engineering strategy, managing capital projects from initial concept through commissioning
Manage critical infrastructure, including HVAC, wastewater treatment, and solar energy systems, while overseeing on-site IT network reliability
Guide sustainable land management strategies for a 700-acre ranch, focusing on soil health, biodiversity, and water conservation

Required

10+ years in engineering or maintenance

Ability to balance hands-on problem-solving with long-term CAPEX planning and departmental budgeting
High emotional intelligence and a passion for sustainability and continuous improvement

Preferred

Experience in food/beverage manufacturing (dairy or fermentation is a plus) or high-hygiene environments
