Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer accounts within assigned territories
Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bangs Laboratories’ product offerings and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Technical Support, Customer Service and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend conferences, trade shows, and customer visits to expand client relationships and identify new opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline
1-3 years of experience working in a scientific products-based company in sales, procurement, or technical support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build client relationships
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred
Experience with laboratory reagents, diagnostic tools, or life science products
Background in account management, lead generation, or customer relationship building
