Responsibilities

Lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure positive outcomes

Manage the planning, monitoring, executing, controlling, and all other aspects of a project

Oversee the EBCC’s day to day work of program development to establish a deep knowledge of each project, program operation, and business plan

Work with the EBCC Clinical consultant to create clinical pathways aiming to standardize clinical care based on latest evidence across the system

Required

Bachelors

Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in project management and process improvement required

The position requires strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, team leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees

Preferred

Master‘s degree strongly preferred

Six Sigma Green belt strongly preferred

Certified Associate in Project Management, Project Management Professional, or Business Process Management Certification preferred but not required

Microsoft Office Suite experience including Project and Visio is highly desirable

Healthcare experience preferred
