Responsibilities

Support manufacturing and development of measurement equipment for the Semiconductor industry
Report to Engineering Manager and oversee specific tasks and work schedule

Qualification

Electrical EngineeringAltium DesignerAutoCAD MechanicalPCB DesignElectromechanical DesignIndustrial Equipment SafetyProgrammable InstrumentsMechanical AssemblySolderingTechnical WritingProblem-Solving

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
5 years background experience in electromechanical design and manufacturing
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
Highly self-motivated individual willing to take initiative in both solo and teamwork environments
Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment
Strong problem-solving abilities
Altium Designer proficiency
AutoCAD Mechanical proficiency
Experience with Autodesk Inventor and/or Solidworks
Experience in PCB design, both low and high frequency
Experience with electrical layouts and design (AC and DC)
Experience working on industrial equipment interlock and EMO safety systems
Experience working with and maintaining NRTL safety and electrical certifications
Strong technical writing skills
Experience working in a production and R&D environment
Background working with programmable instruments, motion controllers, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
Extensive hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical assemblies
Extensive experience working independently, assembly technicians or other engineers troubleshooting electrical issues, improving designs, and developing new ones
Work with application scientists in developing new test and R&D setups
Proficient at soldering of electrical cabling and PCBs (both through hole and surface mount components)
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Hardworking and willing to do overtime
Electromechanical Design and Manufacturing: 3 years
Day Shift availability
Ability to commute/relocate: Tampa, FL 33637
