Responsibilities

Oversee the design, maintenance, and reliability of chiller systems and air compressors across three manufacturing sites
Support continuous operation and energy optimization of HVAC systems
Maintain and improve Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) in warehouse operations
Coordinate with cross-functional site teams and external vendors to ensure uptime and compliance
Lead multi-site projects involving facility upgrades, equipment lifecycle planning, and root cause analysis of system failures
Develop and standardize preventative maintenance programs across all sites
Analyze system performance data to drive operational efficiency
Ensure all systems meet local regulatory and safety standards
Collaborate with senior maintenance staff on various projects
Maintain accurate facility records and prepare reports for management
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support the overall needs of the team and company

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
At least 3-5 years' experience in chiller and air compressor design and maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and automated warehouse technologies
Familiar with building management systems, control schematics, and CMMS platforms
Willingness to travel regularly between locations as required
Ability to manage projects outside of the realm of normal duties
Strong work ethic and reliability
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to follow directions and work in a team
Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking basic English
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment with competing priorities

Effective interpersonal & communication skills (written, verbal and in person)

Excellent MS Office software skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word
Strong Organizational skills with ability to manage day-to-day facilities operation
Experience in multi-site manufacturing operations
Understanding of reliability engineering, lean maintenance principles, and industrial automation

Preferred

Certification in facilities engineering or related technologies is a plus
PowerBI experience a plus
Experience navigating cloud-based programs such as SharePoint a plus
