Revere Staffing Partners is partnering with a growing capital equipment manufacturer to hire an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across the waste management, recycling, scrap, and industrial manufacturing markets. This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional with experience in capital equipment sales who thrives in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional outside sales strategy to increase revenue and market share
Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, networking, and social selling
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Sell capital equipment and industrial solutions to customers in waste management, recycling, scrap, and manufacturing markets
Conduct onsite customer visits, plant tours, and product demonstrations
Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and delivery timelines
Negotiate contracts and close new business
Track all sales activity in a CRM system Salesforce preferred
Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and operations teams
Maintain long term customer relationships through consistent follow up and service
Analyze regional market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Communicate customer feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams

Required

Three or more years of outside sales, B2B sales, or capital equipment sales experience
Experience selling into waste management, recycling, industrial manufacturing, or heavy equipment markets preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable working remotely and traveling regionally
Proficient in CRM systems Salesforce preferred and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
