Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of complex individual (1040) and partnership (1065) tax returns, including multi-state filings

Provide advanced tax planning, structuring, and consulting for individuals and closely held entities

Serve as the primary advisor to a portfolio of long-term clients, maintaining strong, trusted relationships

Identify tax-saving opportunities and proactively advise clients on changes in tax law

Review work prepared by managers, seniors, and staff, ensuring technical accuracy and quality standards

Mentor and develop tax professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback

Manage multiple engagements and deadlines while maintaining a high level of client service

Research complex tax issues and communicate practical, well-supported recommendations

Collaborate with firm leadership on workflow planning, process improvements, and practice initiatives
