Sales Manager

CRI Environmental Solutions is a provider of environmentally responsible industrial waste management services. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, build a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets
Hire, onboard, and develop sales executives across two territories
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to maximize performance and accountability
Establish clear sales goals, performance expectations, and coaching plans
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue projections
Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
Conduct regular training sessions to strengthen sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance understanding
Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to continuously optimize sales efforts

Required

5+ years of experience in environmental services, industrial waste, hazardous waste, or wastewater-related sales
Demonstrated success leading, hiring, and developing sales teams
Strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, and performance management
Experience managing multi-territory sales organizations
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategy
Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales reporting tools
