Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, projects, and work order execution
Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Manage CMMS/work order systems, prioritize tasks, assign resources, and ensure timely completion
Coordinate external contractors and vendors for major repairs and capital projects
Promote a strong safety culture through audits, inspections, and employee training
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support production goals
Oversee spare parts inventory, maintenance documentation, and KPI reporting
Coach, train, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians

Required

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong expertise in preventive maintenance systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred
