New Grad, Entry LevelShrinQ Consulting Group Inc is looking for a Data Analyst who can collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should be strong in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with the ability to convert data into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
Create dashboards and reports to support business decisions
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
Work closely with business, product, and engineering teams
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Automate recurring reports and analysis where possible
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in SQL
Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
Good understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Python or R (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
Knowledge of databases and data warehousing
Familiarity with ETL processes
Experience in domains like Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, or IT Services
