Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale end-user tooling across Mac and Windows environments
Own MDM platforms, primarily Intune and Jamf, from architecture to rollout
Lead hardware and software lifecycle management, including upgrades, refreshes, and standardization
Partner with security, infrastructure, and IT leadership to ensure tooling is secure, reliable, and scalable
Automate wherever possible because clicking the same thing 1,000 times is not a strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years supporting enterprise end-user environments
Strong hands-on experience with both macOS and Windows
Proven experience building and scaling Intune and Jamf in production
Ownership mindset around device lifecycle, patching, and upgrades
Strong communication skills and comfort supporting a high-expectation user base
