Seed and curate diverse structured finance datasets, including messy spreadsheets, partial models, and ambiguous financial inputs
Collaborate with AI and finance-adjacent contributors to design and refine training flows
Provide expert feedback on normalization and reconstruction of real-world financial artifacts
Contribute to data labeling strategies and structured finance training guidelines
Communicate clearly and effectively within a remote, geographically distributed team
Champion best practices in data seeding and structuring for AI training projects
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in structured finance or a closely related financial field
Ability to work with messy, incomplete, or ambiguous real-world financial data and models
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Familiarity with data seeding, labeling, or annotation processes in AI or data science projects
Comfort working with spreadsheets and financial artifacts in various formats
Ability to thrive in dynamic, sometimes unstructured project environments
