Build financial reports for land acquisitions, horizontal development, and vertical construction
Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and benchmark pricing across submarkets
Utilize tools like Zonda and MLS to synthesize housing trends, absorption rates, and buyer affordability
Provide thoughtful narratives on financial results versus forecasts to drive operational decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
1–3 years in a professional environment (Public Accounting or Real Estate experience is a plus)
Advanced Excel skills
A self-starter mindset with high attention to detail and a desire to take on diverse responsibilities
