Responsibilities
Measure IC performance and debug designs to correlate simulations to measurements
Mentor and guide junior designers
Lead chip design projects and deliver successful silicon
Translate chip-level specifications into detailed architecture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in TIA design for coherent long-haul and metro systems
Deep understanding of detailed transistor-level design, device physics, and control/feedback loop stability analysis
Direct project experience in one or more of the following areas: Low noise/high linear broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers
Direct project experience in one or more of the following areas: AGC loop design
Direct project experience in one or more of the following areas: High-precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC)
Direct project experience in one or more of the following areas: Continuous-Time Linear Equalizer (CTLE) design
Direct project experience in one or more of the following areas: Package-system integration
Solid expertise with EDA CAD tools for custom analog layout and 3D EM modeling
Team player with exceptional communication and documentation skills
