Responsibilities

Support material review process, including review and dispositions of non-conforming material

Assist in conformance inspection testing and related quality assurance activities

Communicate with contacts within and outside of department to interpret and explain operational processes, practices, and procedures

Function independently with limited supervision and escalate needs to leadership as needed

Assist with failure analysis and corrective action efforts using complex problem-solving methods to drive the development of technical solutions

Support thorough use of data analytics, the verifying and validating of processes, methods and associated equipment capability

As required, support the training, mentoring and coaching of lab and inspection personnel in the technical requirements of product

Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the Quality Technician role
