Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday implementations
Configure and customize Workday applications to align with business needs
Support Workday Financials and O2C business processes
Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for Workday issues
Conduct training sessions for end users
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Qualification
Required
Expert level Workday experience (12+ years)
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials
Mandatory: Deep knowledge of Workday Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Experience with Workday implementations and post-production support
Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Workday tools
Excellent communication and business requirements documentation skills
