Required
Bachelor's degree in Automation Controls, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent industrial experience
Proficient in PLC programming, especially in structured text and ladder logic
Familiarity with AB/Rockwell software and Beckhoff controls programming
Experience with designing and programming industrial HMI/OIT Panels
Strong skills in integrating diverse hardware devices and I/O systems
Competency in AutoCAD/Solidworks for electrical control systems design and troubleshooting
Ability to field wire to meet UL/NEC standards
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset
