Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Creation: Responsible for concepting & creating organic & paid social content (videos, static, etc.)

Brand Voice: Play a key role in establishing our social brand voice

Social Pulse: Have a key understanding of trends, strategies and creatives that resonate across platforms

Growth Strategy: Develop a Social strategy to drive social growth across key platforms

Social Analytic: Analyze performance of content, optimizing strategy based on data

Digital Support: Graphic design experience to support with other digital needs across Direct-To-Consumer business (website graphics, landing pages, email creative, etc)

Required

2-3 years leading social and digital content

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite & motion design, and other social forward platforms

Played a role in Organic & Paid Social strategy/creative

Social mindset with a deep understanding of social platform and user behavior

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent

Preferred

Prior experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)

Prior background working with Private Equity or Venture Capital investor-backed companies
