Reviews maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule work assignments
Performs preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis
Services the hotel's pool including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters
Janitorial Duties Include: Trash, Cleaning public spaces inside & outside of the hotel
Janitorial Duties of guest common areas
Assist guest needs as they come in from the Front Desk and Hotel Bistro
Qualification
Required
Valid Drivers License
Strong Attention to detail
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Weekend availability is required
Ability to work Independently and with your team
Preferred
Experience in a hotel, preferred but not a requirement
Knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting and servicing up to his/her ability is a PLUS
Pool testing certification- Is a PLUS
