B2B Outside Sales Representative
Partnership Employment is a growing company seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their marketing solutions team. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory
Visit local businesses 2–3 days per week to meet with owners and decision-makers
Set appointments and lead in-person sales conversations
Present customized marketing solutions tailored to each client’s goals
Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate, and close new business
Follow up with prospects and clients via phone and email
Track sales activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in the CRM
Handle administrative tasks such as quoting, account updates, and documentation
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of outside sales or B2B prospecting experience (marketing industry experience is a plus, not required)
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Goal-oriented with experience working in a quota-based environment
Confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building
Able to work in the field 2–3 days per week
Willing and able to travel within the territory (approximately 50%)
