Responsibilities

Proficient in coding and troubleshooting using Python

Work with solutions implemented in React.js

Participate in analysis, design, development, and testing activities

Build, maintain, and enhance applications with a strong focus on quality, clean code, and testability

Take part in Scrum ceremonies, including iteration planning and feature demos

Collaborate closely with team members and customers to analyze issues and recommend effective solutions

Required

Experience with BEMS ticketing systems or similar platforms (e.g., Cisco TAC CS1) (nice to have)
