Responsibilities
Lead a team in the design and execution of commercial and hospitality interiors projects of varying scales, from concept to CA
Develop and manage construction documentation and maintain efficient, accurate Revit models
Coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors through all phases of design and construction
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate, professional experience within the U.S
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program
Proficiency in Revit
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and interior systems
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
Background in a variety of project types, especially commercial and hospitality interiors
Excellent design sensibility, organization, and teamwork capabilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with SketchUp
Familiarity with AutoCAD
Familiarity with Bluebeam
