Responsibilities
Lead a high‑performing team of Data Analysts supporting the Datacenter Physical Security Operations program
Set the analytics vision, coach and develop analysts, and drive a unified data strategy
Manage a portfolio of reporting initiatives, standardize data models and governance across regions
Ensure extra‑regional awareness of initiatives so best practices and learnings travel quickly
Deliver trusted Power BI/Excel dashboards, clear storytelling for internal and client stakeholders, and measurable improvements to decision quality, operational KPIs, and reporting cycle time
Collaborate closely with the Global Manager, Business Analytics to align development opportunities, standards, and roadmap priorities
Identify synergies across regions, align key metrics and datasets, and elevate analytics capabilities from descriptive to predictive insights
Partner closely with global analytics and automation teams to standardize processes, enhance data quality, and implement advanced analytical models
Guide the team in developing scalable solutions, fostering collaboration, and ensuring timely, actionable insights that support business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
5 to 10 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence
Proven success in leading distributed teams
Advanced technical expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, warehousing, and visualization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Azure Data Services
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to foster collaboration, drive automation, and streamline reporting processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver actionable insights
Adaptability and organizational strength
Commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for travel and a valid passport
Reliable means of communication
Reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work
Legal right to work in the country where the position is located
Ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
