Responsibilities

Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Answer phones, route calls, and respond to routine inquiries
Maintain records, logs, and reports in accordance with agency procedures
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating calendars
Support purchasing, inventory tracking, and supply management
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Provide general support to supervisors and program staff

Required

One year of experience in administrative services
The incumbent of this position must not have been convicted or pled nolo contendere to a crime listed in R.S. 15:587.1 (c)
Prior to an appointment, the selected applicant must take and pass a drug screening test
Possess a valid Louisiana Driver's License
Clear a background check
