Customer Success Consultant
Storm3 is working with a well-known fertility benefits company that makes a lasting impact on families through the whole journey - from pre-conception and fertility to parenting. The company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to support Strategic Account Executives and manage client interactions and issue resolutions.
Responsibilities
Support 2 Strategic Account Executives (CSM-level) + a small BoB of >500 lives
Partner with your SAE on client interactions, resolution of any issues, etc
Qualification
Required
Experience in Client Success/Account Management space
Preferred
Experience in HealthTech or Employee Benefits
