US Business Development Manager
Ascento is a fast-growing robotics startup focused on reinventing guarding services through robotics and AI. They are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to build relationships with global clients in the US and drive the sales cycle for their robotic solutions.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority markets
Collaborate with our existing partners to support them to scale our business
Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Deliver compelling demos of Ascento’s robotic solutions to customers on-site and remotely
Gather insights from the field to influence product development
Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout deployment
Support in building up corporate HQ of Ascento US (this will happen only later, as the location is not defined yet)
Qualification
Required
Customer-facing experience in consulting, project management, sales, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Caring, curious, and coachable - committed to continuous improvement
Persistent, structured, and comfortable owning your outcomes end-to-end
Passionate about robotics, AI, and technology-driven solutions
Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus
Willingness to travel and spend time with customers in the field
