Responsibilities
Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify, gather and analyse data pertinent to measuring process performance
Develop new or modified steps and methods applied in the manufacturing process
Support process improvement cycle through identification, procurement, training, and implementation
Hands on experience on plant floor and manufacturing facility in the areas of troubleshooting techniques and engineering design
Qualification
Required
Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent and have completed at least two full years of graduate study prior to the start of the internship
Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and parse data
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
